The Law Office of Jacob Binnall PLLC is a Massachusetts-based firm dedicated to compassionate, client-centered representation in complex immigration and civil rights matters. We serve individuals and families across the United States who are seeking safety, stability, and new opportunities. Our practice includes humanitarian immigration (T visas, U visas, VAWA, asylum, and SIJS), family-based and employment-based immigration, removal defense, and select civil rights litigation. The role

We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role in Framingham and a central position in a small firm, with real ownership of how the office runs. You are the person clients count on, from their first phone call through every step of their case. We are open to one full-time hire or two part-time people, Monday through Friday during business hours.

What you will do

• Welcome clients in person and answer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages with warmth and professionalism.
• Run intake and scheduling: respond to new leads quickly, keep them organized in Docketwise, book consultations, and send reminders.
• Prepare engagement letters from firm templates.
• Handle client billing, answer payment questions, and take payments through LawPay.
• Keep client documents and records accurate, current, and confidential.
• Manage the day-to-day office, working closely with the attorney and passing along legal questions or urgent matters.

What we are looking for

• Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in a client-facing, coordinator, or administrative role, ideally in a legal or professional office.
• A warm, professional, and discreet manner, and the ability to stay calm and kind with clients who are often going through stressful situations.
• Empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
• Organized and reliable, able to take ownership and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable handling client billing and payment questions, and quick to learn software such as Docketwise, Google Workspace, and LawPay.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
